Crafting an Adventurous Brand Identity for a Yosemite Elopement Photographer
Capturing love stories in one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world, a Yosemite elopement photographer needs a brand identity that reflects the raw, adventurous nature of the couples they work with. When designing the brand for Ariel, we wanted to create something that was both nostalgic and alive—an identity that would capture the genuine emotions of her couples eloping in the heart of Yosemite National Park. This brand encapsulates the wild beauty of the outdoors while invoking a timeless, nostalgic feel that speaks to couples seeking an unforgettable experience.
To communicate this sense of authenticity, we chose a typeface that is reminiscent of the classic signage seen throughout national parks—clean, bold, and adventurous. It evokes a feeling of timeless exploration, perfect for a photographer who spends her days documenting love stories against the dramatic backdrops of Yosemite’s granite cliffs, waterfalls, and towering sequoias.
